What if my trip is rescheduled or cancelled?

If your trip is rescheduled (either for voluntary reasons or due to schedule changes made by the airline) you should update your travel insurance policy by contacting XCover. Check your emails for confirmation from XCover. If you didn’t receive the email, we recommend checking your policy in your XCover account.

If the flight is cancelled by the airline the insurance can be refunded only according to the terms and conditions of the policy.  Please check the policy wording for more details regarding refunds.
