How do I modify, cancel or get a refund for my Travel Insurance?

Depending on your policy terms and dates, you may be able to modify or cancel your travel insurance. You can check if you are eligible for a refund in your XCover account.

If you purchased travel insurance and then change your travel date or name of the passengers, you can contact the insurance provider directly in order to modify your travel insurance policy. Changes to your travel insurance policy can only be made before the trip has started. Please note that any changes in the duration of your trip may result in additional charges to your travel insurance.  The airline shall not be responsible for any passengers who fail to modify their travel insurance policy.

You can cancel your travel insurance policy within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not started your trip.
