Lost or damaged baggage?

In case your baggage is not on the baggage conveyor belt or is delivered with visible damage you need to contact the Lost Luggage Department. You must fill the property irregularity report before exiting the arrivals terminal. Retrieving the baggage without filing a complaint (PIR) is confirmation that the baggage was delivered in normal conditions.

After the PIR is registered our representative will provide you with indications regarding contact method and further necessary actions based on the irregularity type
