In case the refund in wallet was done by a Customer support representative, the account was automatically created based on the email address provided in the contact detail section of the booking. Access this page and, in case you don`t have an account, you have to create one using the email address in the booking. If you have an account but you can`t access it go to the Already have an account section insert your email address and click the Forgot your password button so you can receive a temporary password on your email. After resetting your password, you will be able to access your account and the amount will already be available for use.
