How can I request special assistance?

If you need special assistance or you have a medical condition we should know about (pregnancy, sensory deficiency) please access the Special assistance section located under the name of the passenger and select the corresponding option.


Even if you don`t require special assistance, particular medical conditions might imply seating restrictions for security reasons so please add these alerts on your booking, if present.

Special assistance is a free service that can be added also post purchase. All you have to do is access the ticket on our website in the Manage ->Find my booking section, using the booking code and last name or email address, go to the Passengers section and click the Modify button. After you select the necessary service, you have to save the change by going through the standard booking steps.

If you need assistance for transfer through the airport or for boarding please make sure you add the Wheelchair service (based on necessity) at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

Passengers with reduced mobility or a disability can transport, free of charge, two pieces of mobility equipment (including electric wheelchairs) and an additional cabin baggage of maximum 5 kg, with medical consumables, given the notification is sent at least 48 hours before departure. Adding the assistance service on your booking constitutes notification. For the additional cabin baggage, you need to present a medical document attesting the need to transport the respective medical supplies
